An odd little vignette, intended as an introduction. Don’t expect it to go anywhere, although in the end, it goes everywhere.

Also featuring: demons from heck and Spider-Rats from Space!
The First Book of
Jobe
Jobe is a brilliant bio-devisor. Just ask him. And his laboratory procedure is flawless. Just ask him. He could never, ever, ever make a mistake. Could he?
The SECOND Book of Jobe
Jobe’s name is synonymous with suffering; he is tested by the ignorant, the arrogant, by bullies with small minds, and by those less intelligent than himself (that is: everyone else in the universe). What has he done to deserve this? True, Jobe worships at the alter of bio-technology (petty restrictions like morality and ethical testing be damned). In this episode, Jobe is tested by his god. A lot. But that’s okay, because he deserves it. Hoo boy, does he deserve it! (Warning: both mature and immature content)
